Snorkeling Company Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MANTA FISH SNORKELING. The following are the terms and conditions that govern the use of our snorkeling services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Orders

1.1. Participants are required to register and place an order via our website or in person at our office.

1.2. All bookings must be made at least 20 minutes before the desired departure date.

1.3. Registration and orders are considered valid after full payment is received by MANTA FISH SNORKELING.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods approved by MANTA FISH SNORKELING.

2.2. Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions of a particular package.

3. Cancellation and Refund

3.1. Cancellation by Participant:

3.1.1. Cancellations made 2 days before the departure date will receive a full refund.

3.1.2. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost.

3.2. Cancellation by Company:

3.2.1. If  MANTA FISH SNORKELING must cancel the trip due to weather conditions or other safety reasons, participants will receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

4.1. Participants must be in good health and able to swim.

4.2. Children under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

4.3. Participants must obey all instructions from the guide and instructor during the activity.

5. Equipment

5.1. MANTA FISH SNORKELING provides high quality snorkeling equipment for use during the trip.

5.2. Participants are responsible for maintaining loaned equipment and will be charged for damage or loss of equipment.

6. Insurance

6.1. MANTA FISH SNORKELING is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses due to failure to follow the instructions of our guides in snorkeling activities.

7. Responsibility

7.1. MANTA FISH SNORKELING is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or damage to participants' belongings during the activity.

8. Photos and Videos

8.1. MANTA FISH SNORKELING has the right to take photos and videos during snorkeling activities for promotional purposes.

8.2. Participants who do not wish to have their photos or videos used for promotional purposes must notify MANTA FISH SNORKELING in advance.

9. Itinerary Changes

9.1. MANTA FISH SNORKELING has the right to change the itinerary or activity schedule at any time if necessary for the safety and comfort of participants.

10. Applicable Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [INDONESIA/KELUNGKUNG, BALI
